- Finding students who are passionate about #Sustainability is a great way to build the movement on campus #CFABGreen
- #Sustainability is good pr value for your campus #CFABGreen
- When #EPA talks about organics here includes plant based plastic and compostable products. This is not about USDA certified organic foods
- Currently only 4% is currently is donated or composted. Lots of work today
- 26 to 30% of left over food can be donated or composted
- Food donation is a three legged stool need to discuss source reduction and composting too
- Mary Beth Van Pelt #EPA is now discussing sustainable food practices and food donation
- Next session is on the sustainable procurement for your stadium #CFABGreen
- You can follow all the tweets from the conference at #CFABGreen
